She is accompanied by 17-year-old Lucie, a history student working on a museum exhibit about Jean-Pierre.

A Concerto is a Conversation - Film composer Kris Bowers describes a concerto as a conversation between the soloist and the foundational orchestra. While preparing to premiere his violin concerto at Walt Disney Center, he has a conversation with his grandfather, Horace Bowers, whose life and labors form the foundation of Kris' success.

It is very difficult to pick a favorite - each has its own strengths, and all are outstanding, in different ways. A Love Song for Latasha, Colette and A Concerto Is a Conversation are my favorites of the group, but I cannot narrow the field any more than that. I will be happy for any of the five receiving the award.

I do strongly endorse them. I would caution that Do Not Split requires a bit of patience - it feels the longest. I strongly caution that Hunger Ward requires a bit of strength. It is heart-wrenching and disturbing, a mix of hope and despair.Jonathan E.
